As a FOS (First One to Solve) Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries and complaints. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions. You will work closely with the Customer Care team to maintain a high level of service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and professional response. • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and queries effectively. • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference. • Collaborate with the Collections team to develop efficient processes and improve overall customer experience. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering a culture of trust and satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions. • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Excellent time management skills and a results-driven approach to work. • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
