Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and efficient service both in person and over the phone -working across our two sites located in Northwood and South Ruislip - up to 25 hours per week.
The rate of pay for this role is £12.71 per hour.
The main duties of the role will be to cover the reception desk, answering the phone and carrying out any patient and clinical requests.

Main duties of the job
You will be the first point of contact at the front desk between our patients, the practice as well as other providers - this can either be face to face or on the telephone. Some examples of the the duties include :
- Sending text messages
- Updating patient consultations
- Creating, sending or printing blood test forms
- Printing sample forms and putting them together with the correct sample container for patients.
- Booking appointments
- Booking patient transport
