Large Product Logistics Associate - Client Enablement Team As the Large Product Logistics Associate , you will support daily order execution and partner-driven initiatives, ensuring organization, visibility, and proactive communication at every stage. You will collaborate with customers and Account Managers to support new construction, remodels, and appliance refresh and replacement programs, including partnerships with builders, large rental organizations, and warranty providers. This role is remote, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location What you’ll do Proactively manage the end-to-end integrity, accuracy, and progression of custom delivery orders through the Open Order Report, from order creation through final delivery. Ensure timely and accurate execution of Home Delivery requests in close partnership with sales and fulfillment teams. Partner closely with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams to support new builds, remodels, and appliance refresh/replacement programs. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including site readiness and delivery challenges, to prevent delays or failed deliveries. Partner effectively with Account Managers, Customers, Field Leaders, Distribution Centers, and Supply Chain teams to drive strong operational outcomes. Basic qualifications 1 year of retail or customer service experience Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel Preferred qualifications 1 year of experience partnering with vendors and/or third-party providers Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel for tracking, reporting, and communication Familiarity with Best Buy for Business systems (e.g., Symphony, Comergent, etc.) What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
