As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions, resolve their inquiries, and facilitate timely payment collections. This role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving our business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Facilitate payment collections for monthly EMI and achieve process requirement targets. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers. • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment collections. • Provide regular updates to the management team on customer feedback and trends. • Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• A DRA Certificate is mandatory for this role. • Previous experience in a customer service or collections role is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping. • A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
