As a Customer Care Executive (CCE) at Digitide Solutions Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience. This role is crucial for our company's reputation and customer loyalty.
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat. • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering effective solutions. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a friendly and professional approach. • Document and update customer records and interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback. • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions. • Ensure data privacy and security by adhering to company guidelines.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as per business needs. • Basic knowledge of customer service best practices is an asset. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
