As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our organization. This role involves visiting courts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. You will work closely with our legal team and various departments to address legal matters and mitigate risks.

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on various matters. • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Attend court hearings and represent the company when necessary. • Maintain an organized and up-to-date legal database. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal queries. • Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends. • Assist in litigation processes and provide support to the legal team. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. • Perform other ad-hoc legal tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role. • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures. • Excellent research and analytical skills. • Proficiency in legal writing and drafting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in legal software and MS Office. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal requirements.
