As a Jr Structural Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a variety of structural engineering projects. Your role will involve assisting senior engineers in designing and analyzing structures, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. • Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Prepare detailed structural calculations and reports, utilizing engineering software and tools. • Support senior engineers in conducting site inspections and providing recommendations for structural improvements. • Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans. • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in structural engineering practices and technologies. • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and budgets for structural engineering services. • Ensure quality control and maintain accurate records of engineering work, including documentation and reporting. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. • Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles, including the use of relevant software. • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex engineering data. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with construction site practices and an understanding of building codes and regulations. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering methodologies. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. • Valid professional engineering license or eligibility to obtain one.
