As a Coll - EXE, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate and timely information, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed. • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, aiming for first-contact resolution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and friendly environment. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to customer care and service delivery. • Document and track customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates. • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members or managers. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service quality. • Assist in training and mentoring new customer care executives, sharing best practices and knowledge.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, preferably in a financial services environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions with efficiency. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and SLAs. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance customer experience. • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer care.
