As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer care processes. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering information via various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation and building strong customer relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering effective solutions. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Document and track customer interactions for future reference and analysis. • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements. • Ensure compliance with company standards and quality assurance guidelines. • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment within the team.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care or operations role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Familiarity with basic office software and tools. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
