As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide timely and accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's values and commitment to excellence.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. • Handle customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information. • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely and effective debt recovery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences. • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or customer service. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
