As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's brand and values. Your primary role is to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries. • Handle collection processes for overdue amounts, maintaining a friendly and persuasive approach. • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security. • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their requests or issues. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, especially during complex inquiries. • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our customer service strategies. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs or events. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding customer data and privacy.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer service capacity. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
