As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Your primary role is to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for handling a range of customer interactions, from initial inquiries to resolving complex issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing prompt and accurate responses. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer journey. • Collect overdue amounts from delinquent customers, negotiating payment plans and ensuring timely collections. • Build and maintain a database of customer information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including sales, marketing, and operations teams. • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies, aiming to increase customer loyalty. • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, representing the company's brand and values.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business, customer service, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer service environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
