If so, we have the perfect role for you at Spire Norwich Hospital. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting patients before, during, and after their surgical procedures. Your primary focus will be to deliver safe, high-quality care, ensuring patients are closely monitored and well-supported throughout their recovery journey. During your shifts, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring patients' vital signs in the recovery phase - Managing pain relief and post-operative care - Ensuring patients are comfortable, stable, and reassured following procedures - Working collaboratively with medical and nursing teams to coordinate care plans - Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating any changes in condition At Spire Norwich Hospital, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care.
