As an Apprentice-Customer Care Executive, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with experienced professionals. Your primary role will be to assist customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a hands-on role, offering a great learning curve and the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Document and record customer interactions and feedback for future reference. • Identify and escalate potential customer risks or issues to the appropriate team. • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate customer records. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach. • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer support tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Basic knowledge of customer service best practices is preferred. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
