As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company in the field. Your primary responsibility is to establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
• Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. • Conduct field collections, adhering to company policies and procedures. • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections. • Build and maintain a strong network of customer relationships. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Collaborate with the Collections team to ensure smooth operations and efficient debt recovery. • Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends. • Assist in organizing and participating in customer engagement activities. • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Willingness to travel for field collections and customer meetings. • Basic knowledge of debt collection processes is an asset. • A positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values.
