As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation and customer loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values in all customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous responses. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient and effective collection processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and professional image. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring proper record-keeping and follow-up. • Identify and escalate potential customer service issues to the appropriate team leads. • Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement. • Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer service environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • A passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to continuously improve.
