As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide timely and accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The CRE role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation and customer loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries. • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Manage and update customer records and information accurately in our database systems. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient issue resolution. • Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance long-term relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security. • Provide regular reports and insights on customer interactions and trends to the management team.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer service capacity. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on building positive relationships. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide meaningful insights to the team. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of successful complaint resolution. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • A positive and professional attitude, representing the company's brand and values.
