As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring timely payment collections. Your primary focus will be on recovering EMI and overdue payments while maintaining a positive and professional approach. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, resolving disputes, and providing excellent customer service.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure timely payment collections. • Contact customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments, and negotiate payment plans if needed. • Resolve customer disputes and queries related to payments, ensuring a fair and transparent process. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment transactions. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies during the collection process. • Provide regular updates to the management team on collection progress and any potential risks. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the collection journey. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and debt collection. • Assist in developing strategies to improve payment collection rates and reduce customer delinquency. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with customers.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in customer relationship management, collections, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and CRM systems for data management and reporting. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
