About this role
As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer care processes. Your primary focus will be to oversee and support the Customer Care Executives (CCEs) in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the CCE team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
• Oversee and manage a team of Customer Care Executives, providing guidance and support. • Ensure high-quality customer service by setting and maintaining performance standards. • Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer journey and efficient issue resolution. • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed. • Train and mentor CCEs on best practices and new processes. • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on customer interactions and team performance. • Stay updated with industry trends and customer care best practices. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care or operations role. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a customer care team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. • Analytical skills for data interpretation and report generation. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate the team. • A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for customer service.
