As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will work closely with the Collections team to ensure a seamless and efficient process.

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and policies. • Assist customers with account management, including updates, changes, and troubleshooting. • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring a fair and timely resolution. • Collaborate with the Collections team to ensure a smooth and efficient collections process. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference. • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the relevant teams for further action. • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver accurate information. • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education is an asset. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
