• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on operations or business management. • Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry. • Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive team culture. • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking professional development. • Prior experience in a similar role within the BFSI sector is highly preferred.
