As a Trainer in our BPM | Transition department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our banking process training programs. Your expertise and passion for training will contribute to the overall growth and development of our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively transfer knowledge and skills to our team members, enhancing their performance and productivity.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for banking process teams. • Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices. • Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement. • Collaborate with process owners to understand training needs and develop tailored training programs. • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement. • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure training content aligns with compliance requirements. • Mentor and guide new trainers, sharing best practices and ensuring a consistent training approach. • Manage training schedules and ensure timely delivery of training sessions. • Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Training & Development). • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in process training within a banking environment. • In-depth knowledge of banking products and processes. • Versant test score of 5 or above, with a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in using training software and tools. • Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
