As a CPA Executive, you will play a vital role in our Back Office department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly. You will be the face of our company, representing us with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and accurate responses. • Resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. • Document and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for process improvements. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our services. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer care strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional work environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care or related role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is an asset. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning.
