As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary goal is to foster and nurture customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional approach. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering practical solutions and ensuring a positive outcome. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective issue resolution. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis. • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information. • Identify and escalate potential customer service issues to the appropriate team for further action. • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely responses. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Basic knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, especially in a customer service context. • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service best practices. • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
