As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our Collections department, acting as a key liaison between our company and our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of collection executives, ensuring timely and successful recovery of overdue amounts. You will also be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of collection executives, providing guidance and support. • Ensure efficient and effective collection processes, meeting or exceeding targets. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Implement strategies to enhance collection rates and reduce delinquency. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer experience. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in collections or customer service. • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints. • Knowledge of collection strategies and techniques, including debt recovery processes. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software for collections and customer service. • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and a dynamic work environment.
