As a Coll - EXE, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer interactions, offering timely and accurate solutions, and building a positive brand image.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and professional response. • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and queries effectively. • Resolve customer issues and disputes, employing effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized and tailored solutions. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey and efficient issue resolution. • Document and report customer interactions, providing valuable feedback and insights to the team. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information to customers. • Identify and escalate potential customer risks or issues to the appropriate teams for further action. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service quality.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, preferably in a financial services environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • A good understanding of customer behavior and the ability to build rapport quickly. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
