As a Tele Caller, you will be the voice of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers, providing them with updates on their accounts, informing them of upcoming dues, and offering assistance with payment arrangements. You will also handle incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or concerns promptly.
• Make outbound calls to customers to inform them of upcoming dues and payment deadlines. • Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate discussions on payment arrangements. • Update the collection tracker with accurate and timely information. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all callers. • Handle incoming calls, offering prompt and accurate assistance to customers. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and concerns efficiently. • Collaborate with the Collections team to ensure a smooth and effective collection process. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining data privacy and security. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service and collections. • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or collections are preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in a call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information. • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and collection management tools. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls efficiently. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience.
