ABOUT THE ROLEAs General Manager, youll be the driving force behind a vibrant, personcentred care environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Championing highquality, personcentred care based on best practice

Driving recruitment, retention, and development to build a strong, engaged team

Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and external professionals

Managing staffing levels to ensure safe, effective care at all times

Providing inspiring leadership that empowers your team to be their best

Overseeing budgets, stock, and resources to ensure efficient, costeffective operations

Our ideal candidate will:

Have at least four years experience in a similar care environment

Hold a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)

Bring strong leadership and management skills

Be adaptable, flexible, and ready to step in where needed

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

At least four years experience in a similar care environment and hold a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, effective communication abilities, and IT competency. Adaptability and a readiness to step in as needed are also crucial for the role.
