About this role
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions, provide directions and information to guests. Maintain daily operations outside of the Pro Shop.
• Picks up and drops off golf course guest in the parking lot. • Meets and greets guests with a smile, giving proper directions and information to the guests. • Keeps area free of trash and debris. • Picks up range baskets and balls. • Keeps cart fleet clean and in good repair. • No supervisory or management authority. • This position requires frequent standing and walking. • Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. • Work is performed in an environment with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, and dust. • Performs other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in golf operations is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Advanced knowledge of the game of golf. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers. • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
