About this role
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading production operations at a BAE Systems location at Webster Field in Saint Inigoes for the AEGIS Radio Communications System Program. Will be expected to provide cost-effective production as well as develop operations-related plans and budgets, and enforce BAE Systems policies and procedures. Will maintain safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility and will be tasked with selecting, developing, and evaluateing personnel. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.
