As a Coll - EXE, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, acting as a primary point of contact for customers. Your main focus will be on handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and representing the company's brand and values.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, maintaining a high level of knowledge on company products and services. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand and values. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including sales, operations, and technical teams. • Document and track customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management. • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members or managers for further assistance. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve processes and services. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and collections, suggesting improvements to management. • Assist in training and mentoring new customer care executives, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, preferably in a similar industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and customer needs. • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
