As a Coll - EXE, you will be a key member of our Collections team, responsible for overseeing and managing the customer care and collections process. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients. You will lead a team of Customer Care Executives, guiding and supporting them to deliver high-quality service and effective complaint resolution.

• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Care Executives, providing guidance and training to ensure consistent and excellent customer service. • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, focusing on efficient collections and positive customer experiences. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer journeys and effective issue resolution. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and collections activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and collections management. • Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer care or collections leadership role. • Proven track record of successful team management and mentorship. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules. • A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
