The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This position is responsible for managing and processing credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The analyst will work closely with the customer care team to provide support and resolve any credit-related inquiries.
• Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. • Conduct thorough credit assessments and make informed decisions on credit approvals. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement efficient credit processing workflows to enhance productivity. • Ensure data security and confidentiality, protecting sensitive customer information. • Provide regular reports and insights on credit processing activities to the management team. • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in credit processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office applications. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and continuous learning. • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
