As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation and customer loyalty. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and building strong relationships with our client base.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved. • Handle customer complaints and escalations, finding effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively. • Document and update customer records and interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, especially during complex inquiries. • Identify and report any potential customer service issues or trends to the management team. • Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times. • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and self-development.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a college degree in a related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor, with a passion for customer service. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. • Basic knowledge of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry is an advantage.
