You’ll guide teams performing research, development, and consulting assignments of a professional technical nature where extensive and diversified knowledge of hardware engineering principles and practices are necessary to successfully accomplish objectives. So apply today and join us for an engineering career full of technical challenges, diversity, and satisfaction and see for yourself why our employees proudly average more than 12 years of service! “ Typical duties assigned to this position: Lead multi-discipline, state-of-the-art hardware teams of 20+ people through Agile hardware engineering design and development Employ your expertise, decision skills, and independent judgment in technical areas Lead Design Review activities to achieve program success Communicate essential information and coordinate with engineering disciplines, Procurement, Operations, and Program Management Develop program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics for efficient performance Ensure the established Hardware Development Process is implemented successfully Support important program capture and proposal teams with hardware baselines that include development and cost/scheduling estimating Work with Discipline Section Leads to determine program staffing needs and “right person/right job”
