As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, supporting our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) and ensuring efficient and effective customer service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing a team of CCEs, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Oversee daily back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Manage and mentor a team of Customer Care Executives (CCEs). • Implement and monitor customer service strategies and policies. • Handle complex customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. • Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional processes. • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service. • Provide training and support to CCEs to enhance their performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and innovations. • Strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach.
