As a Credit Operation Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing credit-related tasks and ensuring efficient back-office operations. Your role is vital in maintaining the company's financial health and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the CCE team to resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Manage and oversee credit operations, including loan processing and credit risk assessment. • Ensure accurate and timely credit approvals, adhering to company policies and regulations. • Collaborate with the CCE team to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies. • Handle escalations and complex customer issues, providing effective solutions. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations. • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence. • Prepare and present periodic reports on credit operations to senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using MS Office and credit management software. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. • Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
