As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Customer Care Executives (CCEs) and ensuring efficient and effective customer interactions. You will be the backbone of our customer support system, providing the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service.

• Manage and oversee back-office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and report generation. • Support CCEs by providing accurate and timely information, ensuring they have the necessary tools to resolve customer inquiries. • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. • Train and mentor new CCEs, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to handle customer interactions effectively. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support strategies. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management to support the overall business objectives.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management. • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
