The Credit Processing Analyst will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing and processing credit applications and transactions. This role involves working closely with our CCEs to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient credit processing. The analyst will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and contributing to the overall success of the company.

• Process and manage credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timely approval. • Review and analyze credit data, identifying potential risks and opportunities. • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity. • Collaborate with CCEs to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely responses. • Implement and adhere to credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. • Monitor and report on credit processing metrics, identifying areas for improvement. • Train and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. • Knowledge of credit risk management and mitigation strategies. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Familiarity with credit processing software and systems is preferred. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
