As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact, handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company. • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. • Maintain and update customer records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient issue resolution. • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, identifying areas for improvement. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our customer service strategies. • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or manpower department. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
