As the Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the team's performance and achieving operational goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying operational needs, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring process compliance. You will also be responsible for creating a positive team culture, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing development opportunities for your team members. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
• Manage and lead the team's operational activities, ensuring efficient planning and execution. • Identify current and future operational needs, and assess their impact on the team's performance. • Stay updated on operational trends, industry developments, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. • Prepare operational reports and review presentations for performance tracking and analysis. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth workflow and effective collaboration. • Ensure process compliance and meet customer satisfaction metrics through continuous improvement. • Build a positive team culture, motivate and inspire team members, and drive performance. • Provide continuous development opportunities for the team, including training and skill enhancement. • Utilize business intelligence tools to strengthen operational deliverables and achieve excellence. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the company's overall goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. • Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in a BFSI or similar industry. • Strong people management skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools, with a good understanding of data analysis and interpretation. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify operational challenges and implement solutions. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and a commitment to professional development.
