As an Associate in our CLM Domestic BFSI department, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and friendly manner. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate advice. • Document and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference. • Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues or trends.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial services or banking environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
