As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's brand and values. Your primary role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and accurate support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues with a friendly and professional approach.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, and live chat. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Identify and escalate potential customer risks or concerns to the appropriate teams. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. • Assist in training and mentoring new customer care executives. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. • Basic knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is preferred.
