As a Coll - EXE, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as you will be the face of our company in resolving issues and providing support. You will work closely with our Collections team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate response. • Provide information and guidance to customers, offering solutions and alternatives as needed. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with the Collections team to develop strategies for efficient issue resolution and customer retention. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate and relevant information to customers. • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive record of all communications. • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team leads or managers for further action. • Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement changes. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay aligned with company goals. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand and values.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer care environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A positive and empathetic attitude, with a focus on building strong customer relationships. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as required. • Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
