As a Coll - EXE, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers and your team. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient and effective collections processes, maintaining high customer satisfaction and positive relationships.
• Lead and motivate the collections team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze collections data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. • Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they meet company standards and goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all collections activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Proven track record of successful team management and leadership. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to various audiences. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic.
