Use data to shape services, improve care and make a real difference
Join BrisDoc's Transformation team and play a key role in using data to improve how care is delivered. This role works closely with Practices, Practice Services and PCN colleagues to provide meaningful insight that supports day-to-day operations, service improvement and better decision-making.
You'll combine analytical expertise with a strong understanding of frontline services, helping turn data into practical insight that drives real-world impact.
You'll work as part of a matrix team, with professional support from Transformation and day-to-day collaboration with operational colleagues across Practice Services.

Essential
Relevant qualification in data, analytics, business intelligence or equivalent relevant experience Experience working with data, reports, dashboards or analysis in a structured work environment Experience producing performance or operational reporting or service monitoring information Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to identify trends, anomalies, gaps and improvement opportunities from data Good understanding of data quality, consistency and clear definitions in reporting Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools or data systems to organise, analyse and present information Desirable
Experience of working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent, including dashboard development and reporting Experience of working in healthcare, primary care, PCN, NHS or a similar service environment Experience of using analytical insight to support service improvement, evaluation or operational decision-making Training or certification in Power BI, SQL, or other relevant analytics tools

Experience Essential
Experience of working with data, reports, dashboards or analysis in a structured work environment Experience of using spreadsheets, reporting tools or data systems to organise, analyse and present information Experience of producing performance reporting, operational reporting or service monitoring information Experience of communicating information clearly to a range of colleagues or stakeholders Experience of maintaining accurate records, reports or datasets Experience of working with managers or service leads to understand reporting requirements and translate them into usable outputs

Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to organise, interpret and present data in a clear and practical way Ability to identify trends, anomalies, gaps and improvement opportunities from data Ability to communicate analytical information to non-technical audiences Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate reporting outputs Confident IT skills, including Excel and reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI or equivalent, with the ability to manipulate and present data clearly for operational use Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues across operational, PCN and central teams, while working effectively within a matrix model Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing information needs Ability to work with a good degree of autonomy while understanding when to escalate issues, seek input or respond to changing service priorities
