As a Senior Programmer, you will play a vital role in our EXM | Payroll Operations department. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of our software solutions. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly Angular, REST API, and MSSQL, to lead and contribute to our projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality software development. • Build responsive Angular applications, utilizing Angular 16+ and best practices for front-end development. • Develop and maintain robust REST APIs, utilizing ASP.NET Core, to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems. • Design and optimize database schemas using MSSQL Server, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services as needed, ensuring smooth integration with our existing systems. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our software offerings. • Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy maintenance of our systems.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Angular, REST API, and MSSQL. • Expertise in Angular 16+ and REST API development using ASP.NET Core. • Proficiency in designing and optimizing database schemas using MSSQL Server. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of developers. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines. • A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
