As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the voice of our company, representing us with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's brand. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or manpower department. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Basic knowledge of collections and manpower processes is preferred. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
