The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and driving the company's sales strategy. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests. • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demonstrations, and events. • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM systems. • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the team. • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and materials. • Support the sales team in creating proposals and presentations. • Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. • Flexibility to adapt to changing sales environments. • A positive and customer-centric attitude.
