A2 to A3 • Average PMI (last 6 months)/PMS rating 3 and above • 1 year of exp in the current role • No Warning Letter issued in the past 6 months • E-learning mandatory courses certified wherever applicable
• Graduation is must • Min 1 year experience • Willing to go the extra mile • Should have Minimum of 90 % QA scores • Should have 95 % attendance • Should have good communication skills • Should have knowledge in MS Office • Ready to work in flexible shifts (UK & US shifts) • Sr.CSOs, CSEs from Sonic, IMT, AWH & Tilley can apply Good Communication Skills, should be able to handle the team & client calls (Excel Skills will be an added advantage)
